Pricing depends on the role, experience level, and hours required. Most clients pay a fixed monthly fee that covers salary, recruitment, management, and infrastructure. We’ll confirm exact costs after understanding your workload and expectations.

We also recruit specialist roles such as UX/UI designers, HR managers, operations coordinators, project administrators, data analysts, and CRM specialists.
If you have a specific requirement, we will source and train a candidate to match your role rather than forcing you into a fixed template.
Most clients receive a shortlist within 7–14 days. We typically provide three shortlisted candidates, along with interview recordings, so you can review and choose who to proceed with. Once selected, onboarding begins immediately. Urgent placements can sometimes be completed faster.
If the placement is not meeting expectations, we address performance issues first through coaching and support. If needed, we will replace the assistant at no additional recruitment cost.
